World-renowned Chef Izu Ani is back with another launch and this time he’s redefining the meaning of the “dirty burger”.
The brainchild behind top Dubai restaurants Gaia and Carine has launched Izu Burger. With three exceptional burgers included on the menu, handmade by Chef Izu, they are filled with layers of tender meat stacked with melted cheese and signature sauce for a unique, succulent flavour.
The round Potato Bun Burger, which is made with a cut of Australian Wagyu beef or 150-day grain-fed Canadian beef, is topped with Emmental Swiss cheese and the Izu Burger signature sauce, complete with a potato bun.
Completing the menu is the Milk Baguette Burger, the Trio of Sliders, Izu Fries and his signature cheesecake.
For Chef Izu, this latest launch is not just about creating the ultimate burger, it’s about doing it with clean and conscious ingredients.
